Your plant will look similar to the plant in the picture on the product page unless it is grower’s choice. We try our best to update photos regularly to depict the plant at that time. Transit can be stressful for your new plants so minor cosmetics are to be expected and will not be compensated, this includes minor folds and loss in foliage including yellowing or tear, or bend of the leaf. This tends to happen during shipping. Each plant has been inspected to make sure it's strong enough to arrive at its new home and it will become more lush and beautiful given the time and proper care.

We recommend adding a heat pack if the temperature in your area and transit route is around 45 degrees or below to ensure your plant arrives safely at your home.
Orders that do not have heat packs during inclement weather will not be refunded and cannot be guaranteed by our 7-day guarantee.
As a courtesy, we will remind you as the weather gets colder.

We are excited as you are about your new plant! Orders are shipped from our greenhouse from Monday - Thursday to ensure your plant(s) get to you safely and in a timely manner! Delivery time may vary depending on the courier’s shipping time. We do not have any control if your package is lost, misplaced, damaged, or stolen once it is out of our care. Please note shipping time may be longer during the holiday season and weather permitting.

You came to the right place! We provide personalized care notes for every plant to ensure it’s happy and healthy in its new home. In the near future, we will be creating a Plant Care Guide to help you along the way!
Be sure to keep the plant in its original pot for at least 2 weeks for it to acclimate to its new surroundings. If you see any yellowing or broken leaf/stem, remove it right away to avoid any pest.

If your plant is damaged or you have received the wrong order we kindly ask you to contact us at onemorehouseplant@gmail.com and provide photos within 48 hours of delivery. We ask you to provide clear photos of the plant’s full-face view, side views, and any close-ups of concerns and the shipping box.
Orders returned will be assessed at our discretion. We will reserve the right to determine the care of the plant before authorizing a return and/or refund.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We will make every effort to accommodate your cancelation but cannot be guaranteed. Please note refunds will be processed immediately however returned refunds may take up to 5-10 business days.

We at One More Houseplant guarantee our plants arrive in good health for a period of 7 days after delivery. Plants will take some time in acclimating into their new homes so please be patient. We recommend your plants should be left alone and in their nursery pot for at least 2 weeks for proper acclimation.
We cannot be held responsible for loss, damages, delays, or additional charges incurred during shipping. Items returned to us due to an improper or incomplete address will be the responsibility of the customer. You are responsible for lost, delayed, and/or damaged shipments and will file the claim with the carrier company directly.
